Day 1 of New York Fashion Week has just come to a close and it was one of the wildest openings yet. The streets of New York were brimming with the sartorial best and the front row was as packed with celebrities as ever. North West cried during her dad Kanye West’s fashion show, Kylie Jenner is the new Kendall, and over-the-knee boots are going to be big this season.

The @desigual show stole my heart. It's always a big, happy party. And I give MAD props for the fact that something like half their models were of color. In an industry that's built on the backs of underrepresented POC, this is extremely refreshing. Not to mention that they used a beautiful girl with beautiful vitiligo.
